A lot of Sheffield housing is Victorian and Edwardian, and most modern bathroom suites look wrong in a room with a picture rail and high ceilings.
Burlington describes their range as “a complete collection of traditional products all with modern functionality” — and that second half is the point. Reclaimed Victorian sanitaryware looks right and is often miserable to live with: poor flush, no thermostatic control, parts you can’t replace. Burlington gives you the period proportions over plumbing that meets current standards.

Guild takes its cue from Arts and Crafts values, “rejecting excessive ornamentation while still providing a subtle decorative design.” Clean geometric lines, a delicate crosshead on the brassware and knurled furniture handles.
Available in five finishes, and it runs across the whole room - basins in four sizes, close-coupled and high-level WCs, taps, shower valves, light oak furniture, mirrored cabinets, wall lights and towel rails. The most complete of the collections, and the one that suits a larger Victorian villa where the original detail survives.
Designed with Christian Booth Design and drawn from “the lavish designs that lined the prosperous Mediterranean coasts in the 1920s.” It balances “geometric elements and clean lines with decorative embellishments.”
Square and D-shaped basins, vanity units, three-hole deck mixers, bath/shower mixers and accessories, in gold or chrome. The choice if you want period character that doesn’t read as Victorian.
